Indonesian Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati, appointed by the World Bank president Robert Zoellick as managing director. Sri Mulyani, who is currently aged 47 years and still serves as Minister of Finance in Indonesia, to replace Juan Jose Daboub from El Salvador.
Starting on 1 June 2010, Sri Mulyani will perform his new duties, which is overseeing 74 countries such as in Latin America, Caribbean, East Asia and Pacific, Middle East and North Africa.
